1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MajesticMU website (majesticmu.com, hereinafter "the Website"), registering an account, or making any donation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website and its services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MajesticMU ("we," "us," "our") — a privately operated MuOnline gaming community.

2. Service Description

MajesticMU provides a privately operated MuOnline game server environment (Season 21) and associated community website. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Access to a free-to-play private MuOnline game server
• Website features including rankings, character profiles, guild pages, casino games, market, and web shop
• A voluntary donation system that rewards Majestic Coins (MC) — a non-monetary, non-transferable virtual currency
• Community features including forums, guides, and events

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including (but not limited to) technical maintenance, security concerns, or shutdown of operations.

3. Eligibility

To use this Website and its services, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age to create an account and play
• Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to make any donation
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Users under 18 may only use the free gameplay features and may not participate in the donation system.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors who use this service and for any charges that may result from their use.

4. Account Registration & Responsibility

When you register an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your username and password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create multiple accounts for the purpose of bypassing restrictions or bans
• Not share your account with other individuals

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from unauthorized access to your account, including loss of virtual items or Majestic Coins, where such loss results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, buying, or trading accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

5. Donations & Virtual Currency

By making a donation, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Your payment is a voluntary donation to support the server's operating costs
• Majestic Coins (MC) and any virtual rewards are not products or services — they are virtual gestures of appreciation with no monetary value
• Donations are non-refundable except where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction
• No legal obligation to deliver or maintain specific virtual rewards exists beyond reasonable efforts
• If the server is shut down, no compensation or refund is owed for unused virtual currency or items
• Virtual currency and items cannot be exchanged for real money under any circumstances
• You must be 18 years of age or older to make a donation

Majestic Coins (MC) exist solely within the MajesticMU ecosystem. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between users (except through in-game mechanics expressly designed for that purpose), and are not redeemable for any real-world currency or asset.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a donation without first contacting us to resolve the matter is considered fraudulent misuse. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts associated with chargebacks and to pursue all available legal remedies.

6. Virtual Economy & In-Game Items

All virtual items, characters, currency, and in-game progress:

• Are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value
• Belong to the MajesticMU service and are licensed to you, not sold to you
• May be modified, removed, or reset at our discretion, including in connection with server resets or new seasons
• Cannot be traded outside the server for real money (RMT — Real Money Trading is prohibited)

Casino games (Coin Flip, Slots, Roulette, Crash, Lucky Box, Auction) operate with virtual Majestic Coins only. They do not constitute gambling as no real money can be won or lost. All outcomes are determined by server-side algorithms.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome in casino games, auctions, market transactions, or other economy features. Trading losses are the sole responsibility of the user.

Transfer limits and other economy restrictions may apply and are subject to change without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Hacking / Cheating: Use of third-party software, bots, macros, exploits, or any modification of game clients to gain an unfair advantage
• Account sharing or multi-accounting to bypass restrictions
• Harassment or abuse: Targeting other players or staff with threats, slurs, hate speech, or sustained hostile behavior
• Impersonation: Pretending to be a staff member, admin, or another player
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to access accounts, systems, or data you do not have permission to access, in violation of applicable computer crime and cybersecurity laws
• Data scraping: Automated collection of data from this Website
• Advertising: Promoting other game servers or unrelated commercial services within our platform
• RMT (Real Money Trading): Exchanging virtual items or accounts for real-world currency
• Fraud: Misrepresenting your identity or submitting false information
• Distribution of malware through our platform

Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension, IP/HWID banning, and where applicable, referral to competent law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

The MajesticMU website design, logo, custom artwork, code, and original content are the intellectual property of the MajesticMU team. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our original content without prior written consent.

MuOnline® is a registered trademark of Webzen Inc. MajesticMU is a fan-operated private server and makes no claim of ownership over the MuOnline intellectual property. Game assets (character models, maps, items) belong to their respective copyright holders.

User-submitted content (forum posts, screenshots, etc.) remains the property of the submitting user. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content within our services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation
• Guarantees that defects will be corrected
• Guarantees that the service will remain available for any specific duration

We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Website, including but not limited to rankings, character data, drop rates, or server statistics.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MajesticMU, its operators, administrators, and staff shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of virtual items, characters, currency, or progress
• Loss of data or account access
• Damages resulting from service interruptions, server resets, or shutdown
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the total donations you have made to MajesticMU in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of certain types of damages. These limitations apply only to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law of your jurisdiction.

11. Service Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account, at our sole discretion, for any violation of these Terms or for any reason we deem appropriate for the health of the community and service.

Upon termination:

• All virtual items, characters, Majestic Coins, and progress associated with the terminated account are forfeited
• No refund of donations is owed in connection with account termination for violations
• You may appeal a suspension by contacting us through official support channels

We may shut down the entire service at any time. In such an event, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' advance notice to registered users via the website or email. No compensation is owed for unused virtual currency or items upon server shutdown.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of MajesticMU is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the operator's jurisdiction. By using our services, you consent to this jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

For users located in the European Union, your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection laws (including the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) apply only to the extent that these Terms are inconsistent with mandatory EU law provisions. Note: as all payments are voluntary donations for free digital services, the right of withdrawal for digital content services may not apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.

13. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Post a notice on the Website's homepage or news section
• Where practicable, send a notification to your registered email address

Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service.

All communication between players and the MajesticMU team is handled exclusively through our official Discord server. This includes questions about these Terms, violation reports, ban appeals, and all other legal or administrative inquiries.
