MajesticMU new player guide — first steps for Season 21, how to level up, earn Ruud, join events, and gear up as a beginner.
Welcome to MajesticMU Season 21
MajesticMU is a Season 21 MU Online private server featuring 16 character classes, deep progression systems, intense PvP, and live server events. This guide covers everything you need to know to get started efficiently.
Step 1: Create Your Character
At the character select screen, you have access to 16 classes. For new players, these three are the most forgiving:

Elf is the most valuable class in group play — defensive buffs and healing make you welcome in any party.
Step 2: Leveling 1–400 (Normal Game)
The early game (Level 1–400) is the standard MU Online experience.
Where to Level

First Things To Do
- Talk to the Elf Soldier in Lorencia — pick up your starter equipment.
- Complete the tutorial quests — they reward basic Excellent items.
- Join a Blood Castle (Level 50+) — excellent EXP and early Ruud income.
- Attend daily Invasions — the best Ruud earners at low level (8,000+ Ruud/day).
Step 3: Daily Ruud Activities
Ruud is the main progression currency. Spend time doing these every day:

Step 4: Gear Progression Path
The general gear upgrade path follows this flow:
Basic drops → Excellent gear (+0) → Enhanced Excellent (+9/+10) →
Ancient Set → Top-tier Excellent → Socket accessories → Rage Earrings
Chaos Machine upgrades:
- Safe to +9 using in-game NPC Jewel
- +10 and above require Chaos Machine (see Chaos Machine Guide)
Step 5: Events to Prioritise

Step 6: Use Player Commands
MajesticMU has useful in-game commands. See the Player Commands guide for the full list. Essential ones:
/move [mapname]— teleport to a map/post [message]— server broadcast (cost: Zen)/pkclear— clear your PK status
Long-Term Goals
As you progress, your goals evolve:
