Imperial Guardian — Elemental Instance Event
Imperial Guardian (IG) is a repeatable elemental instance dungeon where players defend against waves of elementally-attuned monsters. It is the primary source of Spider Artifact Fragments — the building blocks for the Spider Artifact system, one of Season 21's most powerful passive stat systems.

Weekly Element Rotation
Imperial Guardian monsters spawn with a weekly elemental attribute. This affects which Pentagram element you should equip for maximum advantage:

Tip: Equip a Pentagram with the element that is strong against the current week's element. Elemental advantage gives significant damage and defense bonuses.

Spider Artifacts
Spider Artifacts are equippable passive items (7 types) that provide permanent combat bonuses. They are crafted from Spider Artifact Fragments obtained in Imperial Guardian.
Each of the 7 artifact types offers different stat boosts:
- Type 1–6: Various stats (damage, defense, speed, HP, etc.)
- Type 7: Ultra-rare (0.042% craft chance) — significant all-round boost
Craft Spider Artifacts at the Spider Artifact NPC using your accumulated fragments.
Strategy
- Farm IG consistently — Spider Artifacts require many fragments; daily IG runs compound quickly.
- Use the correct element — Equip a Pentagram countering the week's element for maximum efficiency.
- Higher tiers = more fragments — Always enter the highest IG level your character can access.
